Just doesnt work

I downloaded the app but couldnt create an account, it kept saying I wasnt connected. Even though multiple devices were using my wifi just fine. I tried using cell and it still didnt work.
Next day I created an account on WebMDs site. Ok, simple enough. Then I tried to log in to that account on the app--it says my email and password dont match! I double and triple checked, tried many times, no go. I am deleting this infuriating app now. People in pain dont need any more aggravations!!!
